An award-winning counselor and public school educator, Erika Miguel has spent the last 15+ years moving from the classroom, counseling, and higher education roles into school and nonprofit leadership. As an immigrant who knows firsthand the transformative power of education, Erika has built district-wide college counseling frameworks, led parent engagement efforts, and designed programs expanding access to career readiness and dual enrollment. Most recently, she scaled a multimillion-dollar nonprofit portfolio serving thousands of students and families, increasing equitable postsecondary access. She has been recognized by the Santa Clara County Office of Education with the Civic Educator Award and the Signature Practice Award for Multilingual Learners.
