Pete is an accomplished operations leader with nearly 30 years of public and private sector experience focused leadership capacity, and organizational effectiveness. He has led teams that design and implement degree, workforce, and teacher certification programs that recruit, grow, and retain exceptional educators. Pete served as Chief Operating Officer at Amethod Public Schools, a high-performing Bay Area charter network, where he oversaw operations, technology, finance, and talent. Earlier, he directed the Broad Residency in Urban Education, a nationwide leadership development program, and began his education career as Director of School Support Services at PUC Charter Network in Los Angeles. Before entering education, Pete built a strong foundation in sales and leadership with both mid-sized firms and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, and is a graduate of the Broad Residency in Urban Education.
